Valecia Tavarez celebrates her 10 year anniversary with Kestrel Miami. Valecia works in the Accounts Department in Miami, under Flor Gendron, and has been a huge asset to Kestrel for the last ten years. We are very proud to have such a dedicated and committed employee as part of our team, and in recognition of her 10 years of hard work, Andy Thorne & Steve Keats presented her with a beautiful bracelet. The Miami team celebrated with a brunch in the office, followed by speeches from both Andy and Steve to thank her for everything she does for Kestrel.
